15th World Scout Jamboree (cancelled)

The 15th World Scout Jamboree was scheduled to be held 15–23 July 1979 and was to be hosted by Iran at Nishapur, but was cancelled due to the Iranian Revolution which took place in 1979. The 15th World Jamboree was to be held at the 10 square kilometre Omar Khayyam Scout Park, near the Afghan and Turkmen borders. 2019 United Nations Climate Change Conference

The 2019 United Nations Climate Change Conference, also known as COP25, is the 25th United Nations Climate Change conference. It was held in Madrid, Spain, from 2 to 13 December 2019 under the presidency of the Chilean government. The conference incorporates the 25th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, the 15th meeting of the parties for the Kyoto Protocol, and the second meeting of the parties for the Paris Agreement.
