Tu Ali-ye Olya is a village in Minjavan-e Sharqi Rural District, Minjavan District, Khoda Afarin County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 265, in 66 families.

Following the white revolution of the early 1960-ies of the clan, the tribe of Mohammad Khanlu, consists of 35 families, used the Ali-Ye-Olya in their winter quarters.
