Ayyampatti is a village in the Sattur Taluk of Virudhunagar district, in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. The village lies on the southern banks of Vaippar river.

The main industries include agriculture and manufacturing of boxes. There were ten match factories until 2000, but as of 2011, only five are working. Cottage industries also play an important role in the local economy.

Ayyampatti has one Panchayat Union school, which offers education to children.

The village has a public hall, used for marriages and other functions.

Churches in Ayyampatti include Kaliamman temple with the Vinayagar temple and Kannimari temple of Amman.

In may, the villagers celebrate Kaliamman Koil Vaikasi Pongal. This three-day festival, the second or third week Vaikāci. Also, Kannimari Amman festival is celebrated in the Tamil month Purattāci. During kaliamman Kovil festival peoples ayyampatti to come together and celebrate Pongal.
